RETURNS + FAQs
RYVER OFFERS RETURNS ON ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY PROVIDED THAT:
- The return/exchange is initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in original packaging with original tags and hygenic sticker still attached.
- The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
NOTE: We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the same item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will receive store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
We do not make exceptions to our return/exchange policy - period.
Ryver is not responsible for any lost or stolen items marked 'delivered' by USPS. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands if the package is lost. If you feel a package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
