All swim pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion. If there is a need for expediting or any other concerns, please contact us at info@shopryver.com

We do not offer refunds unless items are damaged, no exceptions.

Sample sales or promo codes are FINAL SALE.

 If your suit doesn't fit as expected, we gladly offer exchanges. 

 

EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS

- All exchanges must be made within 7 days of your shipment arrival date

- Tags and hygienic lines must be still attached

- Items must be unworn + unwashed

- Buyer covers exchange shipping costs

 

SHIPPING

Ryver is not responsible for any lost or stolen items marked 'delivered' by USPS. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our hands if the package is lost. If you feel a package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
